Negotiated contract for the strip out and alteration of an existing patient ward into a new pathology lab.

Back to structure strip out and introduction of all M&E services. This included ventilation with new air handling unit, access control, BMS and LV systems, as well as new lighting, hot & cold water supply system, scaffold access & new window, partitions, carpets, vinyl, doors, whiterock and decorations.

Fit out included kitchen, lab benching, sliding partition walls, IPS panelling, blinds and gall walled office.

All work was carried out on the third floor of an operational hospital environment, with strict access control.
