Competitively tendered, green field development of 6 Housing Association affordable apartments; 7 Housing Association houses of affordable & shared ownership specification and 35 private houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms.
All buildings are of a traditional bricks and mortar construction.
E J T Construction provided full civils, architectural, structural and M&E design solutions to develop the outline planning into full construction working drawings and information.
The scheme included an adoptable pumping station and SuDS system, local amenity areas and required Section 38, 104, 106 and 278 works. E J T Construction co-ordinated these Sections agreements in conjunction with design consultants and Essex County Council. Adoptable and private specification roads.
