Green field development of 197 units of mixed tenure. Open market houses; Housing Association affordable rent and shared ownership specification houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. All buildings are of a traditional bricks and mortar construction.
EJ T Construction worked with novated architectural, structural and M&E design solutions under the D&B contract.
The scheme includes Section 38, 104, 106 and 278 works. Adoptable and private specification roads.
