Negotiated contract with IPP for the strip out and refurbishment of an existing pathology lab.

Back to structure strip out including asbestos and upgrade of all M&E services as well as ventilation with new air handling unit, access control, BMS, LV systems, new lighting, hot and cold water supply system, new partitions, ceilings incorporating ventilation ducting, doors, glazed partitions, whiterock and decorations.

Fit out with Lab benching.

All work carried out on the third floor of an operational hospital environment, with strict access control.
